Last December, activist and journalist Janet Phelan traveled to Geneva and made an unprecedented presentation at the Biological Weapons Convention, which met for three weeks at the United Nations. Phelan blew the whistle on the illegal biological weapons program launched by the United States, which is a party to the international treaty prohibiting the development and stockpiling of these weapons of mass destruction.
Janet Phelan is an investigative journalist whose articles have appeared in the Los Angeles Times, The San Bernardino County Sentinel, The Santa Monica Daily Press, The Long Beach Press Telegram, Oui Magazine and other regional and national publications. Janet specializes in issues pertaining to legal corruption and addresses the heated subject of adult conservatorship, revealing shocking information about the relationships between courts and shady financial consultants.
