Governments To Christians: Don’t You Dare Speak Out Against The Sexual Sin In Society

Governments To Christians: Don’t You Dare Speak Out Against The Sexual Sin In Society | free-speech | Faith Society Special Interests US News

In our upside down world, evil has become good and good has become evil.  Once upon a time, everyone in society generally knew what was “right” and what was “wrong” even if they didn’t always abide by the rules.  But now the rules have been totally flipped on their head.  If you choose to live a lifestyle that is morally wrong, you are celebrated by society, and if you choose to speak out against the sexual sin that is exploding everywhere around us then you are considered to be a “hater” and a “bigot”.  In fact, governments all over the world are now passing “hate speech” laws that are making it a crime to speak out against sexual sin.  With each passing year it gets even worse, and those pushing this agenda forward are never going to be satisfied until those standing up for Biblical truth are locked away in prison.

And I was not exaggerating when I said that sexual sin is “exploding” in our society.  One example of this is the stunning growth of “polyamory”.  The following comes from a recent article in the Guardian that highlighted how the city of Portland in particular has become a hotbed for those that are into the “poly lifestyle”…

Polyamory is the practice of intimate relationships involving more than two people with the consent of everyone involved. In recent years, polyamory is working its way to becoming a household term. Researchers have estimated that 4 to 5% of Americans practice some form of consensual non-monogamy. A 2014 blog post by Psychology Today revealed that 9.8 million people have agreed to allow satellite lovers in their relationships, which includes poly couples, swinging couples and others practicing sexual non-monogamy.

And in Portland – home to swingers’ clubs, the most strip bars per capita, and annual porn festivals – it seems you can’t throw a stone without finding a poly relationship. Although there’s no official data supporting an exact number, various Meetup groups boast a few thousand members each, while other Facebook groups have hundreds.

Another lifestyle choice that has been experiencing tremendous growth is bisexuality.  According to the New York Post, one study of 30,000 U.S. adults found that the number of Americans that have dabbled on both sides of the fence has more than doubled since 1990…

Bisexuality is booming, with the number of people who bed men and women more than doubling, a study says.

Some 7.7 percent revealed they had bi romps in 2014, compared to 3.1 percent in 1990.

And it isn’t just the world that is embracing these alternative lifestyles.

Just check out what the western division of the United Methodist Church just decided to do

Representatives of the United Methodist Church have elected their first openly gay bishop, in defiance of church prohibitions on homosexuality.

Rev. Karen Oliveto, senior pastor of Glide Memorial Church in San Francisco, was elected bishop of the church’s Western Division at a conference Friday night in Scottsdale, Arizona.

“I think at this moment I have a glimpse of the realm of God,” 58-year-old Oliveto said after her election, according to a news story from the church. “Today we took a step closer to embody beloved community and while we may be moving there, we are not there yet. We are moving on to perfection.”

Of course a lot of Bible-believing Christians don’t like where things are headed, and they are speaking out about it.  Unfortunately, this is becoming more difficult to do all over the world.  National, state and local governments all over the planet are passing new “hate speech laws” that are extremely strict, and many of these new laws are specifically targeted at Christians.

So if you say the wrong thing at the wrong time in the wrong place, you could actually be hauled off to prison.

Just today, I came across an article that talked about how 60 homes in Germany were recently raided by police in a “hate speech” crackdown

Writing a blog or venting in social media about a topic deemed to be “Hate Speech” will leave yourself getting raided by the police in Germany. According to a report from Breitbart, German Police recently raided homes of 60 people suspected of writing what is deemed ‘hate’ speech on social media in Germany. This effort was coordinated by the Federal Criminal Police (BKA),consisting officers from 25 departments search across 14 states.

These police raids took place in efforts to fight against “verbal radicalisation”, according to the German government. These type of procedures have increased in the wake of Europe’s migrant crisis. BKA President Holger Münch said attacks on migrant shelters were the result of “radicalisation” on social media.

You may not think that such a thing could happen in North America, but you would be wrong.

In Canada, a new “hate speech” bill has just been introduced that would hit anyone found guilty of “hate speech” against transgender individuals with up to two years in prison

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced a bill that would criminalize anti-transgender speech, with violators receiving up to two years in prison.

The new bill, introduced May 17 on the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia, aims to amend the Canadian Criminal Code to expand the country’s “hate speech” prohibitions to include any public speech or communication that “promotes hatred” on the basis of “gender identity” or “gender expression.” It would also change the Canadian Human Rights Act to cover transgender people.

In New York City, new rules that were recently issued by the New York City Commission on Human Rights state that you could be fined up to $250,000 for each time that you offend a transgender individual.

According to the rules, “offenses” include such things as referring to a transgender individual by the wrong pronoun or not allowing a transgender individual to use the restroom of their choice.

More laws, rules and regulations like this are going to continue to be put into place, and it will eventually get to the point where those that wish to speak out about sexual morality are essentially banned from doing so.

Of course this is precisely what the Bible told us to expect during the last days just before the return of Jesus Christ.  In my new book entitled The Rapture Verdict, I talk about the growing darkness in society and the coming judgment on the United States of America.  But I also emphasize that God has a plan, and that a great move of God is coming even in the midst of all the darkness.

All throughout history, the world has tried to crush the church, but it has never worked.

And without a doubt, great persecution is coming, but we will never bend, we will never bow, and we will never deny the truth.

Another great article that nudges one’s mind to see the worst but have hope for the best.
Scripture warns that woe be unto those that call good evil, and evil good…… which is certainly what this article speaks to. Some people reference that there are many paths to God while others see only one path. I tend to believe that if God created all roads then every road must lead back to it’s creator. Some roads are however much more difficult and therefor much longer than need be. In a world of duality EXPERIENCE is the ultimate purpose. It has been said that a smart man learns from his own mistakes, but a wise man learns from others mistakes. As a smart man sees far ahead, a wise man sees far ahead and around the corner. There are obviously many, many more that don’t see around the corner than do. But nevertheless all roads lead back to their creator.
Sadly, many well intentioned Christians (followers of Christ) are a little out of step I think, and are marching to a different drummer. WHAT WOULD CHRIST DO is in too many cases not what Christians are doing it seems. Would Christ protest, insult, threaten, and tongue lash those not living a respectable moral code? According to scriptural history that woman caught in the act of adultery and brought before him was judged by men but not by Christ. She never got a free pass, just another chance to do it differently.
Regrets are worthless and paralyzing unless a better way is presented and demonstrated by example. I’m not sure if Hugh Hefner will ever have regrets, but I suspect that even he will at some point beyond time.
You can pass laws and legislate and enforce rules with two iron fists and both boots but compliance is eternally by design, absolutely voluntary.
The cosmos is of necessity orderly and never chaotic. The rules of men may be broken, very often with little or no consequence, but the higher rules, those orderly ones, have no sense of humor and an impeccable memory.
Something BOTH sides of every belief would do well to remember.

With all due respect, you are an idiot and twist the Bible to your own use. Yes JESUS for gave the women caught in adulitry, he also told her to go and SIN NO MORE. There is only ONE path to GOD that is through JESUS CHRIST. There will be NO sodomites in HEAVEN.Just like there will be NO adulters, liars, thieves, alcoholics, any one who has not repented of their sins, and turned their lives to JESUS as Lord and Savior.

        • wayne

With more respect than is due to you, then >you< should stay on that ONE path that you believe is the only one.
Jesus is the EXAMPLE we are admonished to follow and become in HIS likeness, not some path we tredge on or some train we board to heaven because we happen to know the name of the conductor.
"SIN NO MORE LEST A WORSE THING COME UPON YOU" is simplistic advice and not your one chance, one shot at sincere repentance. That forgiveness thing Jesus spoke of has no best before or expiry date as some erroneously believe. The most IMPORTANT aspect of that story is Jesus lesson to all those rock throwers, and not to the woman.
As for your other claims as to who WON'T be in heaven according to you, one need look no further than the two thieves that were crucified with Christ. One of them was promised by Jesus Himself that "today you shall be with Me in paradise". According to recorded script all he did was admit that he deserved what he was getting and was guilty as charged. I'm guessing that a little humbleness goes a lot further than we can imagine. Apparently this thief didn't have a long history of attending church, or any other saintly attributes Christians so often attribute to themselves.
Ironically the pharisees were also quick to point out who would and would not be allowed into heaven. They were also the one's that crucified their one ticket, one path to heaven, as you put it.

The word "Gospel" literally means good news, and the news couldn't be very good if only a tiny select few are ransomed and saved by the blood sacrifice of Christ. Remember that Jesus GAVE His life, and it wasn't taken from Him forcefully without His consent. Christ died for ALL people, even the one's that lived and died before Jesus was even born on earth. Did they repent??????
          Thanks for sharing your belief.

          • Col C

But the thief was humble, admitted his sin, and he was not looking to twist the laws so he could continue to steal, and have people praise him for it.

            • wayne

First of all, I do not subscribe to the common belief that what you do is who you are. If a doctor loses a patient he doesn’t become a killer. Many men father a child and yet some never could be referred to as a father. If a person with 2 arms and 2 legs loses them in an accident, are they only 75% of a man now?
If you are defined by your job or career then when you lose your job you don’t cease being that because you never were that. It’s simply what you do not who you are.
That said, was this man a humble thief you think?
Nailed to a cross his career as a thief was involuntarily over. A little late to become humble. If not nailed to that cross his habit as a thief would likely have been ongoing. Funny that when we run out of all other options, we then pray, we admit our guilt, we give up, we surrender, we submit etc…

Deathbed repentance does not in an instant change one’s heart though, and most Christians believe God looks and judges every man according to his heart, not his hands, not his mouth, nor his checkbook.

It simply takes heart to admit when you’ve missed the mark (sin) and could do better, which is what repentance is. All this admission takes place in the heart. You simply can’t buy forgiveness OR repentance.

              Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

            • Col C

Ahh, but Jesus knew the thief’s heart, and he knew the repentance was real, and more than that the thief knew Jesus was real. Jesus is not willing that any should perish, but that all come to repentance, that is what the parable of the 11th hour is all about. The pay for the workmen was the same for those that worked all day, as those that only worked the last hour. Not all people on their death bed repent, some shake their fists at God even in their dying moment, but the heart of Christ is generous, and He wants the ones that repent on their death bed just as much as the ones that followed Him all their lives. Last minute is better than not at all. Thanks for sharing

            • wayne

              Great comment you make.
You say “……….. the thief knew Jesus was real” which is heart knowledge not head knowledge. Two things needed to merge here. One is the knowledge that Jesus is, and two that you need whatever He’s offering you. Any transaction has a giver and of necessity a receiver. You may give it but unless the receiver has a willing heart the gift goes unclaimed.
We are to forgive (following Christ’s example) whether or not the guilty are sorry (repentant) or not. So if forgiveness is free, then why do so many people feel the need to seemingly purchase it with repentance?
Bottom line is as you say. “Jesus is not willing that any should perish” but that all come to an understanding (heart knowledge) that we could, should, and shall (commitment) do better.
Duality is the experience that allows us to see and feel the need.

Patently unconstitutional to attempt to regulate any speech unless inciting violence. Also part of a radical social and political agenda to incite hatred for religious people, which, once again is guaranteed by the constitution.

That being said, does anyone really want to elect any person from the only political party promoting this garbage.

Sexual deviance, and perversion are tools of anarhists and should be considered in that light.

    • imjmz

I have been banned from ABC news stories from commenting because I strongly disagree with homosexualism and verbally express my discontent with them and reiterate that it is an abomination. So the leftist media is stifling the Christians here in America because of the truth. You would think that a media outlet as big as ABC would want the truth promoted, both sides of a story told and not be subversive towards true Christianity.

      • Col C

I’ve been banned from ABC too, but I’ve been banned for speaking the truth about abortion. I’m not surprised though, tolerance is only tolerating comments that they deem politically correct, lol, so much for freedom of speech or religion. Did you know they now have free speech zones on public college campuses, does anyone else see how oxymoron that is?

I respect your right to your views on being gay.
Christ never intended Christians to use His bible as a club and therefor accomplish very little in the way of converting thought processes and understanding though.
He did however desire that His bible be used as living water to those thirsting for it (((willingly))) and not force fed to those not yet thirsty.
A person needn’t be anti dark just because you are pro light. Darkness is simply displaced and replaced by light. Too many well meaning people seem to think that getting rid of the dark better allows the light into the room, which it never has nor could.
Anti anything is competitive and combative by necessity. A better solution is to be Pro and therefor non-competitive and non-combative.
There is no record of the money changers that Jesus chased forcefully out of the temple, afterward, seeking His truth because of their harsh experience.
That said, there is a lot of push from behind the visible and perceivable scenes for depopulation and reduced population. The gay push is just one part of this deemed solution as non-pregnancy sex is guaranteed 100% every time. The estrogen mimmicers in plastics and food additives feminize males into female gender roles physically, mentally and emotionally.
An understanding of the delicate balance between testosterone and estrogen in every body explains this devious plan to sterilize and feminize the planet’s population. Some mind-washing propaganda added to the mix and you see what you see and hear.
It’s no coincidence the gay agenda is being pushed upon the world.

I am not gay nor will I ever be. I do however believe in free will even for those and that which I strongly disagree with. The seeds of destruction are within everything not God truth. It’s a self correcting system and explains why truth ALWAYS has the final word.
The meek (correctable) shall inherit the world are not just empty words.
War ALWAYS yields to peace as does darkness to light, apathy to love. Be not anxious (Philippians 4: 6-7) .

        • imjmz

Oh yeah, free will to be sued if you don’t bake their cake or take their pictures, or be banned from a public comment site while they continue to slander Christians and blasphem God on the same site.

          • wayne

Not just WHAT WOULD JESUS DO but more important HOW would He do it?
As Christ is the head of the church and the >>leading<< figure to follow, it makes logical sense to be doing what and how your leader is. Jesus was certainly no pacifist but rather the greatest activist that there is.
If you (a Christian) can envision Jesus physically blocking the doors to an abortion clinic and shouting baby killer, then you should be doing that also. If you can envision Jesus protesting hell rather than expounding the virtues of heaven, then follow suit by all means. If you can find anywhere where Jesus was critical, anxious, or rude, and teaching the negative (undesirable) rather than the positive (love) then follow that example.
Too many well meaning Christian activists practice only one concept in the bible, the driving out of the money changers from the temple. Interestingly and no coincidence, this is the only time Jesus wasn't peaceful. Nobody was ever more slandered than Jesus, and yet He personally didn't respond in kind by joining the slander club.
Jesus didn't spend a whole lotta time defending heaven, explaining why hell was a bad place, and through fear of that, gain souls unto heaven. He doesn't want people in heaven only because hell would be worse, but you must want it for what it is, rather than simply for a more desirable alternative.
Jesus taught that He (His way) was the way to truth and peace and life.
Appreciate your zeal and zest for truth and in sharing it, and your well meaning efforts.
I simply suggest that before acting we all ask ourselves, HOW would Jesus do it?
America is being destroyed not by an over abundance of bad people shouting loudly, but by an over abundance of silent, indifferent, apathetic good people.

Per Isaiah 5:18-21: “18 Woe to them that draw iniquity with cords of falsehood, and sin as it were with wagon ropes: 19 That say, Let Him hurry, and hasten His work, that we may see it: and let the counsel of the Holy-One of Yisrael draw near and come, that we may know it! 20 Woe to them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! 21 Woe to them that are wise in their own eyes, and clever in their own sight!”

It is still true, as Elisha stated per 2Kings 6:16, those who are with us are more than those who are with the evil one.

Blessed are all those who stand firm in the Living Torah, our Master Yahushua (Lord Jesus), who personally handed the Tablets to Moses for our benefit, and not for a burden (1Corinthians 10:4; Hebrews 11:24-26; John 1:1-18), omein!

There is only ONE Thing I am afraid of. It’s isn’t government, their hit men who can take this life, it isn’t boogie men or monsters, I am afraid of being rejected by God when this body dies. Why? Because this life if we are lucky only lasts up to 100 years. The spirit realm however lasts FOREVER. And that is a long long time. So, when it comes to a choice of pleasing government, or pleasing God, guess who wins? You see most of the people in government don’t believe in God and think they are invincible. All you got to do to find out how fragile life is, is become involved with the Clinton’s and displease them, you will end up in a dumpster, or a river, or in a wreaked car.

My saying is “The only sin in this culture is pointing out sin, or talking about what sin is”. If I say a Christian shouldn’t support Starbucks because they gave corporate money to promote homosexual marriage, (which actually turns into persecuting those who say marriage is between a man and a woman), guess who is the bad guy? You guessed it, I am, not Starbucks, I’m the bad guy for saying anything at all, I’m aghast at how many so-called Christians get angry at me for calling out sin, sexual or otherwise. The pastor tells dirty jokes in church, but the bad guys are the ones who called him out on it, not the pastor who defiled the sanctuary. We are in the Great Apostasy, talked about in Revelation, I have virtually no doubt about it.

The Book of Isaiah in the Bible says “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil: that put darkness for light and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!” And that’s exactly what’s going on, more than ever in the past 8 years.

    • disqus_htVNWSBEmM

When we have unconscionable lawmakers making the rules, the rules are never designed to make the Christian’s life easier. Where “hate speech” is prosecuted is the place where there is no freedom. There is no freedom when the freedom of speech is denied. Almost anything negative said about anyone can be deemed as “hate speech.” A law such as that would make it too convenient to ‘get even’ with a political enemy, or somone who another person just simply does not like.
