Why anyone would tune in to mainstream media and expect to be informed is beyond me. Within the past ten days not only have we heard from Chris Matthews of MSNBC but Kate Couric admit to lying to the public. Of course no one was paying attention to the lies being spread as they were still laughing about the previous infotainment segment that had just aired prior to the lie.
The Daily Coin has documented, for well over a year, the ongoing stream of lies and utter nonsense perpetuated by the mainstream media. A never ending list of non-news, lies and propaganda the mainstream media spreads on TV as well as there online outlets. With only 4% of the American people trusting Congress, as discovered in a recent poll, why would these same people tune in to be lied to in their living room or at the dinner table?
The first story is from MSNBC and was aired during the California primary. This story aired prior to the Federal Judge stating that Hillary Clinton and her emails were subject to investigation and indictment. Was this the last ditch effort to present this criminal as someone who could be trusted or was it another attempt by the establishment to tell the American people who they were going to vote for wether they liked or it not? Either way, the lie was told, the deceit put into place, by, yet, another TV personality telling you what the truth should be, not what the truth is.

Our second example is from an original “documentary film” or as we like to say a propaganda film. Katie Couric, who currently spreads propaganda, I mean “reports news”, for Yahoo, has been employed by the three major networks. That’s right, ABC, CBS and NBC have all helped shape her career. Wonder how many more propaganda stories we could dig up if there time? It doesn’t matter if there is not a single story, lying on a scale of this magnitude you are only allowed one opportunity to fail. Lying to a friend or a family member is one thing, lying to a nation is whole other issue.
This comes by way of the Washington Freebeacon
At the 21:48 mark of Under the Gun a scene of Katie Couric interviewing members of the Virginia Citizens Defense League, a gun rights organization, is shown.
Couric can be heard in the interview asking activists from the group, “If there are no background checks for gun purchasers, how do you prevent felons or terrorists from purchasing a gun?”
The documentary then shows the activists sitting silently for nine awkward seconds, unable to provide an answer. It then cuts to the next scene. The moment can be watched here:
However, raw audio of the interview between Katie Couric and the activists provided to the Washington Free Beacon shows the scene was deceptively edited. Instead of silence, Couric’s question is met immediately with answers from the activists. A back and forth between a number of the league’s members and Couric over the issue of background checks proceeds for more than four minutes after the original question is asked.
It will be a great day when the people of this country and the people around the world begin to flood TV and radio stations with phone calls and emails to remind them of their place in the community. Their place is to deliver honest, in-depth news about the truth of our communities, our nation and our world. These lies, deceitful and propagandized stories that fill the airwaves create distrust amongst the people.
I began is this story by explaining the American people distrust Congress to the tune of 96%. By any standard of measure that is complete and utter failure. If you had a 96% level of distrust at your place of employment how long would last? If you had been caught outright lying to your company, at a board meeting, how long would your tenure last? What is the difference with Congress and the sources we rely upon to keep us informed? There is no difference. These people must go and must go now.
